Typical Goiás food.

Like I said: "When you visit Goiás you need to try the typical goiana food". For example: "pequi", a typical fruit of the Center East of Brazil. This fruit can be enjoyed with some rice, some chicken and some corn; with some kinds of beef; pure; with "guariroba", and so on.
"Guariroba is another typical goiana food with its bitter taste. The palm - tree - is about 20 meters high. "Guariroba" is also used in other foods like "Empadão Goiano". To preparet it, you need: some chicken, some sausage, some "guariroba", some cheese, some corn, some patatoes, some tomatoes, some olives, some onions, some green peppers and some garlic.
Do you like sweet corn? Yes! In Goiás we use corn in may dishes, such as "pamonha", "cural" and corn cake. You need: some corn, some milk, some cheese and salt or suggar to make "pamonha".
It's delicious, you must try it!
